Click & Clamp

• Introducing 'Click & Clamp'. Designed with auto-adjusting locking posts combined with clamp-down sides to ensure maximum rigidity and makes Connect one of the quietest trailers to tow.

Full LED lighting

• Super-bright, long-lasting and reliable. New dynamic indicators are highly visible even in bad weather.

Heavy-duty locking hitch and jockey wheel 

• Heavy-duty coupling head and telescopic jockey wheel.

Multiple anchor points

Punched steel deck

• Forming two tracks for wheeled vehicles.

Level towing

• Models featuring larger wheels are fitted with a lowered overrun housing draw bar, ensuring that the tow ball is matched to the optimum height for level towing.

Headboard

• Protects on-board vehicle against road debris and provides a secure stop for alternative loads. Easy removal allows for transportation of longer loads.

Dropsides

• Strong steel 308mm sides in a choice of colours. Complete with removable headboard.

Side extensions (660mm)

• All-new 'Click & Clamp' system with auto-adjusting locking posts and twin-clamping ensures quiet towing without the need for crossbars. Side height increased by 660mm to 970mm.

Electric tilt-bed

• Powerful electric tilt-bed operation quickly and effortlessly creates a low loading angle, ideal for plant or vehicles with low ground clearance. Battery can be trickle-charged (dependant on tow vehicle setting) and can power electric winch option if fitted. Available on models with longer bed lengths.

Manual hydraulic tilt-bed

• Manual tilt-bed operation creates a low loading angle, ideal for plant and vehicles with low ground clearance. Available on models with longer bed lengths

Loading ramps

• Choose between optional 1.8m ramps for general loading purposes or 2.3m ramps for lower loading angles.

Cross-over ramps

• Cross-over ramps allow loading from trailer to tow vehicle without the need to uncouple the trailer. This efficient system is available to retro-fit at any stage. Use in conjunction with Swivel jockey wheel.

Tail ramp

• A high strength, easy ramp solution for tilt-bed operation trailers. Spring assisted for low lifting effort

Tail ramp with torsion bar

• Enclosed torsion eliminates the need for external springs, meaning corner posts can be removed to allow loading of wider payloads. Torsion bar also allows for easy lifting.

Tail ramp with side extensions

• Combines a high-strength, easy ramp solution for tilt-bed operation trailers with high-panelled side extensions. Spring-assisted for low lifting effort.

Long mesh ramp with side extensions

• Combining a long tail ramp, single height dropsides and side extensions makes an ideal solution for the varied requirements of many landscaping operations.

Support stands

• Kick-down rear stands provide additional support for heavy loads.

Electric winch (Samurai Warrior 8000lb)

• This heavy duty (8000lb) 12V electric winch makes loading even immobilised vehicles easy. Comes complete with remote control, roller guide and plenty of steel cable.

• This heavy duty (8000lb) 12V electric winch makes loading even immobilised vehicles easy. Comes complete with remote control, roller guide and plenty of steel cable.

Electric winch (Ninja 4500lb)

• Electric winch for use with cross-over ramps as well as smaller model trailers.

Manual winch

• Manual winch with auto-brake and a removable handle for free-spool release. The centrally located and articulated pulley block ensures every loading operation runs smoothly.

Aluminium tread deck overlay

• Compliments the standard steel deck, and protects the 18mm ply decking.

In-deck storage

• Lockable storage box provides an ideal location for tie-down straps and tools when not in use. Available singly or in pairs.

Wheel / machinery chock

• Quickly repositioned to suit varying loads or vehicles. Fitting positions are provided right along the full length of each trailer.

Ladder rack

• A convenient frame to carry ladders and materials longer than the trailer bed on trailers with or without side extension panels fitted. Fits front, centre or rear. Multiple racks can be used in combination to provide additional load-carrying flexibility.

Straps

• 4,000 daN heavy-duty tie-down straps.

Alloy wheels

• Available in Silver or diamond-cut Anthracite. Alloy wheels feature safety locking wheel bolts and 'BJT' branded centre caps.

Assistor loading ramps (pair)

• To be used for increased clearance when loading low ground clearance machinery, for example access machines. Can be stored in the normal ramp storage tray below deck (for use with full width tail ramp 0.78m only).
